However, if customer did not find our products awesome, we make sure of a hassle free, easy return & refund policy.

Please Note: 

  1.  You must inform us about your return within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Reach out to us through contact us page or whatsapp link stating your order id.
  2. If the product you receive is damaged or not up to your quality expectations, drop in a return request and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup of it from your address. In this case, please ensure that the product is unused, retains its original tag and is packed for the courier company to pick up.
  3. In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, you must email us a picture of the damaged product with the order id.
  4. All returns are subject to the discretion of Kazash Enterprises LLP.
  5. Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges might be applicable.
  6. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the products back.
  7. The packing & pickup details will be shared separately to you by Kazash team.

Food Orders:

  1. No returns for Gourmet products.
  2. Apparel, Handicrafts & Custom made products.
  3. No returns are accepted for custom made products.
  4. No Returns are accepted for products during discounted sales.
  5. For return of undamaged craft products, request return within 7 days of delivery. After assessing the return request, if found eligible return acceptance will be initiated by pickup request at your end. Refund will be initiated after successful return of the product as well as assessment.
  6. Return requests will not be accepted if:
    • The product is damaged or has been tampered with in any way.
    • The product has been used, worn, washed or changed in any other way.
    • Crafts are prone to a slight variation in the design, color and pattern work; therefore we may not be able to refund your order if the same are your criteria for making a return.
      You are as such requested to inquire about any doubts that you may have regarding the products before going for the final purchase.

Order Cancellation: 

If you wish to cancel your order with us please note: 

  1.  The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped.
  2.  If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount.
  3.  However, once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side.
  4.  The ‘Made to Order’ and other Customized orders are in no way eligible for cancellation.

If an order is subjected to any damage, manufacturing defect or fault from our side, send in a mail at info@kazash.in with pictures and once we verify the same, we will refund your order in full amount.
