At Kazash (https://kazash.in), we ensure that you get on time delivery is in the best condition by aligning with Shipping Partners of high repute.
We currently ship our products within India only.
- All products, based on the weight and package dimensions and location, bear shipping charges which will be borne by the customer as per the shipping partners’ rates.
- Free shipping may be provided to select products on minimum value purchase or during sale and promotional events.
- Custom made products and niche handicrafts products shipping timing and charges may differ which will be informed to the customers by Kazash team.
- Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days and delivery can be expected with 7-10 days. 1-2 day delivery can also be expected for local and metro cities. Days include working days ONLY.
- Our courier partners deliver on working days, excluding Public Holidays.
- You will be notified by email as and when your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note the following:
- Most of the orders are shipped directly from our Delhi office.
- It is advised that you ensure that the delivery address and contact phone numbers are correct for hassle free delivery at your doorstep.
- Billing address refers to the address where a customer receives their credit card bills.
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, write to us on info@kazash.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
