Health is wealth

Wealth is often measured in form of money, jewellery, property or anything materialistic. Have you ever wondered why do we say “Health is Wealth”? Entire life we work hard to earn money and accumulate wealth, plan for future and sometimes we get so engrossed in our struggle to fulfill our goals of life that we tend to forget ourselves. We stop valuing ourselves. By the time we realize, we are already late in the game.
It’s never too late my friend!! The day you realize that all this materialistic wealth does not hold that much importance than your own health. It’s the real wealth that you need to invest on. Leave
everything aside and just focus on your health.

Quick Tips

Some quick tips which I follow and am sure will come handy for everyone:

  1. Start your day early. Get out of the bed with positive belief. All is well and is going to be well always. You got to conquer the world.
  2. Meditate, pray and calm your mind.
  3. Get on with your exercising shoes and take out that one hour to stay fit.
  4. Have healthy breakfast. Now what is healthy? Anything which has nutrition. Anything which is naturally produced or cooked at home with love.
  5. Dry fruits are very nutritious and we should include them in our daily diet. You may want to start your day with some soaked dry fruits like 4 walnuts, 5 Almonds, 10 raisins and 1 fig.
  6. They make a very healthy combination to fill you with energy to take your day head on.
  7. And yes don’t forget to call it a day soon and go to bed early. As you know “early to bed and early to rise, makes you healthy, wealthy and wise”.
